There is also an adjusting handle, as usual, No.1 hopper for the raw wheat, after raw wheat be milled once, the not good flour will be lift to the No.2 hopper, with the help of the end product adjusting plate, then mill twice, then the not good flour be poured No.1 hopper, thus to achieve times by times milling, finally get the wanted flour.

(5)The Adjustment Of The Roller Distance

There are two knobs on the right, the upper right knob is controls the outside roller-faster roller. The right knob down is controlling the inside roller-slow roller. The distance between the roller, also affect the fineness of flour. Firstly, relative wide distance, then narrow, more marrow.

Using the combined grain cleaning machine. The machine is special designed for wheat cleaning which emerges classifying, de-stoning, scouring and dampener. The wheat is transported to the top of the machine by air blower.It's made up of four functions from top to bottom.

a.Classifying:to remove the straws, clods and stones that are bigger than wheat.

b.De-stoning:to remove the stones by special gravity.

c.Scourer：by striking and friction effect to get rid of the wheat fur, skin to finally reduce the ash content of wheat seed.

d.Wetting:clean wheat will go through a screw conveyor where water pipes can be fit to wet wheat, store the wet wheat for 10-20minutes is better.

3.Milling Technology

a.First, the wheat is lifted with the pneumatic transmission by the high pressure air blower.

b.Second, the wheat will be milled by the flour mill.

c.Third, with the function of drum sieve, the flour which is finer than the sieves can pass through the sieve and those that coarser than the sieve will go back to the roller mill and be ground once more until passing through the sieving machine, the fine flour go through the sieve and be collected.

d.Forth, the coarser part will be lifted to the hopper and ground again, most through three times to get the fine flour. (according to the final mess requirement, you can mill different times)

Wheat flour milling process
Wheat is first cleaned thoroughly to remove dust, stone, and other foreign matters, then the clean wheat is tempered before grinding by treating with water so that the bran is separated from the endosperm. The tempered wheat is crushed between corrugated rollers (Break rolls). The first break rolls are set relatively far apart to grind the wheat lightly, while successive break yields finer and finer products. The first break is separated by sieving or bolting into very fine particles (flour), intermediate particles (middlings) and coarse particles (stock). The stock is then sent to second break rolls. This process may continue through 5 to 6 breaks. The stock contains pieces of endosperm and bran and the stock from the last break is principally bran. The middlings contains endosperm, bran and germ which are then successively classified and some of the bran removed are sent to reduction rollers. These are smooth rollers, but like the bread rolls, they are graduated so that successive reduction becomes finer and finer. After each reduction, sifters separate the flour, middling and stock, this process is continued until most of the endosperm has been removed as flour and most of the bran has been separated in the sifters.
